Built over midnight brainstorms and caffeine-fueled “think-out-loud” sessions, Laura Kingsley was founded by a sibling duo who believe that great ideas only thrive when built on strong systems.
One of us is the visionary, fluent in big-picture thinking and creative problem-solving. The other is the strategist, grounded in quality, process and precision.

Ihenacho specializes in designing tools and user experiences that make quality management more intuitive and accessible. He supports client-facing dashboards, compliance tracking systems and visual reporting tools that help our clients understand and communicate their quality data effectively.
Quality Systems Consultant
Isioma brings 12+ years of quality systems leadership across food manufacturing, medical devices, and CPG supply chains. She’s built quality programs from the ground up at Fortune 100 companies, and her own food manufacturing venture. With expertise in FDA compliance, HACCP, ISO standards, and supplier quality management, Isioma helps growing brands navigate complex regulations without the overhead of full-time quality staff.
